When you come to a treatment, please always meet the basic and expectable requirements of personal hygiene. In the absence of these, the therapist can refuse the massage. In our studio, you have an opportunity to take a shower, but in such cases please let us know upon booking, in order to secure the additional time for you.
If you reach out to us with complaints or pain, at the first time we fill out a general condition survey and a diagnostic massage, where we make notes about your medical history. The price of the condition survey and diagnostic massage is the same as of the 60 minutes Swedish massage.
Smoking is prohibited in our studio, this is valid for electric cigarettes as well!
Please do not arrive earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment! We would like to secure the time for every guest for a pleasant wake-up tea.
In case of delay, the lost time will be deducted from the length of your treatment. Of course when it’s possible, we will prolong your massage, but in the same time we have to respect the appointment of the next guest.
Phone ringing can be very disturbing when you are trying to relax, in addition it makes us harder to focus on your massage. It’s better for both of us, if you can put your mobile into silence mode. We will appreciate it!
Please arrive alone to our treatments!
Due to sanitary reasons, a massage studio might be not the perfect place for pets, therefore please don’t bring your dog/cat/etc. with you!
Cancellation or changing an appointment is only possible at least 24 hours before the treatment. Within 24 hours, because of the limited amount of time, we hardly have a chance to give your appointment to another guest. Therefore in case of failure to cancel or cancellation within 24 hours, the full price of the missed treatment will be payable upon your next appointment. If you have a multiple session pass, one session will be deducted.
Please cancel your appointment if you feel sick (fever, cough, classic symptoms of infection)! In case of illness, massage can make your condition even worse, moreover you can infect the therapist, who will be unable to work and has to cancel the other patient’s treatments as well. So please cancel if you feel sick!
Our passes are shareable and can be transferred freely to anyone, so you can use up the sessions with more people! 😀 (10 sessions intensive therapy passes excluded)
